Leadership School

The Leadership School at Charity Missionary Baptist Church exists to develop leaders who are grounded in faith, guided by wisdom, and prepared to serve with integrity. Rooted in Christian principles and practical instruction, the school provides a space for growth, discernment, and leadership formation at every stage of life and ministry.

Through intentional learning, reflection, and application, participants are equipped to lead with clarity, humility, and purpose—both within the church and beyond it. This is not leadership for titles or recognition, but leadership shaped for service, responsibility, and lasting impact.
